On April 27, 2007 I was blogging on one of Russian site and at some high point of political dispute I wrote something like “ if I had been arrested in America, even then I would kiss spat floor in jail and say “Thank you, America, for the freedom!” Heck, what a fool I was!

The next day I was arrested… and had it all – Police bending backwards before rich, arrogant nasty prosecutors (one of them asked me at the trial if I was sleeping on coach) and dishonorable judges easily violating my human, civil and legal rights.

There are words (probably from Bible) in every courtroom – “In God we trust”. It puzzled me the most. What it means? Should I pray to get just court?
They can trust whatever they want, but they have to be honest at least, I guess. Otherwise, these gotgoneffs desecrate God with these words...
On the other hand, maybe, they want me to trust God, while I am in their hands?
Can I trust people around? Can I trust their professionalism and honesty? NO! Definitely, NO!

No honesty or professionalism to be expected! All they want is their 'victory' - your conviction. They are by no means truth seekers. They probably are getting bonuses for your conviction. If they need to forge evidence or hide one in your favor - they would do it.

I was already over 50.

Although, it does not matter for them – I saw with my own eyes how a very old man was forbidden (Order of ‘Protection’) to come home, because his daughter claimed that he had her beaten. This 'justice' has no shame!
They are ignorant! They do not know classics! Once you are in their hands - you are not 'presumably' - sure GUILTY!

There is only theoretical, not very popular ‘innocent until proven guilty’ concept. There is no ‘presumption of innocence’ like it was in the ‘evil’ Soviet Union. When one enters US he is presumed to be illegal emigrant already! Hah!

On April 28, 2007 I have called Police of 61PCT, because somebody intruded my room with a Rottweiler, sprayed my eyes, beat me up, broke my thumb, but when police found that it was a woman, rich woman, they arrested me without allowing me to make a statement. When I protested, they just tightened handcuffs on me, called names and laughed that I watch too much movies.

In the whole year, Kings District Attorney did not find time to investigate, just put her uncontested words in the accusation of me. I have all documents to make it public.

She had not read ‘American Instruction for the Stupid - How to be great mother’, but even when her brilliant memory faded away and she has got Alzheimer disease and she couldn’t speak almost completely, she turned in her wheelchair to every man sitting next to her in a medical office and proudly said, pointing on me, “That is my son!”
